Author-Only Rules¶
The public-safety rule CANON¶
For now, author-only sections are limited to structural rules — how the story is built — not secret answers. This is safe because:
- The White Ship's true nature does not exist as a solved answer. There is nothing to leak.
- Every "reveal" in the story is a structural choice (what the reader learns and when), not a hidden solution.
Structural rules a writer needs (safe to keep here)¶
- The White Ship is never explained. Do not write toward an explanation.
- It does not save Markus at his loss; the recovery comes through Rafa.
- The finale is SQUADRON opening the path and the ship joining — not Greg following a dead mentor home.
- The recovery motif is structural DNA, never stated to the reader.
- The Active-Counter classification (
UNKNOWN→FRIENDLY→5 ACTIVE) carries its thematic weight silently.
If the repo/site is ever made private¶
Only then may genuinely sensitive planning be added — and even then, prefer keeping the White Ship unsolved, because its unsolvability is the design, not a secret being kept.
