2026-09-04 — Foundation v0.2 repository + reading site

  • Established the full repository architecture (foundation, characters, world, history, mystery, novel, scenes, audits, game, art, exports).
  • Introduced the four-state canon system (CANON / PROVISIONAL / OPEN / REJECTED) and the Canon Ledger, Decisions log, and this Changelog.
  • Migrated established canon into structured files: Markus origin, Greg + Markus childhood, House on the Hill, colony world, the two-war structure, Continuity, White Ship, master timeline, and the Book One treatment.
  • Stood up the MkDocs Material reading site with a restrained dark editorial theme, status badges, homepage dashboard, and full navigation.
  • Added a build-check CI workflow; configured for Cloudflare Pages deployment.
  • Carried forward the earlier FOUNDATIONS.md craft document as the structural basis for foundation/foundation_v0.2.md.

Earlier: empty scaffold (README, OUTLINE, CHARACTERS, WORLDBUILDING, TIMELINE templates).
