1. OPEN Write the Book One logline and lock the thematic question.
2. PROVISIONAL Treatment marked Revision Required — place Act I inciting incident and first plot point.
3. PROVISIONAL Confirm whether the two-war separation and Continuity direction move from PROVISIONAL to CANON (needs timeline lock).
4. PROVISIONAL Finalize or defer: 'First Commander' terminology, M.A.R.K.U.S. expansion.
5. OPEN Build the squadron roster (Rafa's fuller role, RJ, others) with conflicting wants.
